I work at Snip & Tuck as a pattenmaker, machinist and skilled in clothing alteration. I am a specialist tailor and oversee workmanship within the workroom.
My mother taught me to sew when I was only four years old and to this day I still love sewing with a passion.
I studied fashion design at Wellington Polytechnic in 1976-1977.
More recently I have received placings in sewing competitions and have won many awards based on my work.
I have worked at sewing schools in both Australia and New Zealand, tutoring night classes and private students. I have previously owned my own business (Made to Measure) for many years.
My interests are; sewing, knitting, painting and fishing. I also enjoy spending time with family. I have four children and three grandchildren.
